Best 250gb+ HDD for me??

Had my 74gb Raptor for a while but keep running out of space so im looking to get another drive for main storage, looking for 250+ gb of storage dont really want to spend much more than £90-£100max,

Whats the best out there at the moment im not clued up on HDD's is Sata2 compatible with my motherboard? (abit AV8 3rdeye) didnt know if it can be backwards compatible

SATAII is compatible with SATAI interfaces (sometimes uses a jumper on the drive).

I'd look at the Samsung Spinpoint SP2504C 250Gb - i have one and its superbly cool, quiet, and fast (you can find them for about £80 inc P&P).
