Best AMD upgrade from 3600.

Depends what you use the PC for, IE if it's just gaming then a 5600X will do the job and can be had for £200 in the uk at the minute.

Only gaming really

For gaming, a 5600X. Prices have been dropping on them quite a lot recently. Also note that AMD are about to release 5600 (non-X), 5700 and a few more in the next month or two, so hold fire for now and see what comes.

Mind you, all depends on the games you play, the resolution you play at and the graphics card you have. Might find that any upgrade is simply not worthwhile (i.e. older GPU and high-res. gaming, for example.) Check out the bazillion reviews of the 3600 versus other CPUs out there on YouTube.

I am on 1440p with a 2070 super and just chucked in a 5600X because by the time I have sold my 3600 it will be £70-80.
Anyway.

Not a great deal of lift from 3600 in Cyberpunk or RDR2 (I had read that) but lows are much improved. However 15% in GTA (DX11) and Firestrike DX11.
As for everything else, I have not really noticed a huge difference other than I have 3-year warranty and it was a relatively cheap uplift. So worth doing.

What the best upgrade I can get with the board. And is it work it.

If your happy with your current performance then its not worth it. If you want a performance increase that you will usually not tell with the naked eye then a 5600x or 5700, when it is out, are reasonable upgrades especially if you sell your 3600 to reduce the cost. As above it depends on the resolution you game at
