Best Bacon?

My local butchers does some amazing cuts. Right in front of you from the pig. Thick and tasty. If not then jolly hog and decent supermarket stuff.
 
Don't think I've tried that but the reviews don't sound good, loads of water and high salt content. Might give them a bash too though.
