best bit of software to get music back from ipod after format

Got a friend with windows based pc and ipod, the pc crashed and no real backup in place, i see a few bits of kit of google, but what is the simplest bit of software for someone with low IT skills... (i dont wanna be doing this for him

)

Try using SharePod. I used this on an iPod Nano 4th Gen when the owner had removed and deleted the actual MP3 files from her computer so managed to get them back off the ipod and reimported back into iTunes

Sharepod is pretty easy to use mate, recovered my own ipod after wiping my PC and realising my dad had formatted by external USB backup drive to store his god damn pictures which would have fitted without formatting anyway!

Copypod Pro, got best results with that for copying back to PC
