As in title really whats best card for less then £100. Call of duty and gears of war are catching my eye on pc So looking at getting a card PCI express job. Been out of the loop for wayyyyy to long .

EDIT it would need a VGA out as well

You might be able to snag a second hand 8800 GTS for around that amount in the coming few weeks.

Just got some rubbish that came with a dell about a year ago. Nothing flash at all. just about runs CS:S on a fiarly high setting

The GTS would have been faster but I'll go out on a limb and guess that the rest of your rig would bottleneck it. The X1950 Pro is a cracking card; low power usage, respectable performance, and (usually) quiet operation.

Well its a pentium core duo with 2 gig of ram. Either way its about how much I wanted to pay. Should hopefully play the games I want to I.E call of duty 4 and gears of war

What are the Graphics like on a X1950 Pro 512MB?
I cant seem to find any screen shots anywhere

Hiper 425 PSU (Might have to change that for a 525 watt Corsair)
