Best cheap CPU cooler?

Hi guys

Had a Freezer 7 pro on the old E8400, upgraded to a 3570k now but running the stock cooler. Can someone suggest a decent upgrade, preferably below £30..

Also interested in the cheapo all-in-one liquid coolers (Corsair, etc) -- are they any good? If so, which one circa £50 will do the job?

You're better off with an air cooler tbh.
