Best cheap hd. Sata, Raid, >160gb etc.

Guys im really broke, but i need storage that is reliable, fast, and good in RAID, if i decide to try it .

Its gotta be at least 160gb and under £50 really.

Would appreciate some recommendations as im gonna need to order one soon.
