Best Console driving game?

GT4 by far.

PGR.. looks nice cars look nice.. and there are a few etc.. but the tracks really are poor imo.. close to everyone of them look the same with barriers closing you in tightly for some reason :confused:
 
GT3 was a great game for its time.

Love PGR3 though. Cars are great but I think like ZG002, the tracks could be better.

Never really played pm Forza properly though. Cant wait till Forza 2 comes out though so I can give it a go.
 
forza is the best drving game i've played on a console, just started playing it again on the 360 - roll on forza 2 :D

i bought a ps2 when GT4 came out, played it for a month and sold it :)
 
GT4 would have been great but the game was badly implemented, too much emphasis on the super cars which were horrible to drive. Stupid endurance mode, rally mode that felt nothing like the previous versions.

GT2 ruled, I don't know how they went so wrong with the next two games.

I've never played Forza but Forza 2 looks tempting, but then so did Sega GT and loads of other driving games that couldn't hold a torch to GT.

You could do that in Forza. In fact, that's the only way I ever bought cars, so I've no idea how you were only looking at a big list.
