surprised nobody has mention GRAW, great action scenes(like sniper bullet through wall) but i dont really know the older games and dont watch many really.

All of the Onimusha games have incredible intro CGI work.. And I thought the start of Final Fantasy X was very impressive too.

I wonder how many people would buy a DVD filled with the game CGI introductions? I know I would..in fact, they should be available for download.

In fact, most great CGI cut-scenes that are shown as you play can't be seen again unless you retain the saved positions - and they deserve a greater airing.

I'm thinking specifically of some of those in Final Fantasy X - like Yuna with her staff when she's raising the spirits...I kept that save game specifically so I could show people how beautiful it was!

Maybe one day there will be compilations available of all this stuff??

I always remember the Secret of Mana intro on the Snes - along with Zelda: A Link to the Past.
