Best cooler ?

Hi
Whats the best cooler for overclocking ? My CPU is intel 4670k and my RAM is corsair vengeance 8GB 2133 1.65 ?
Im looking for something really good for under £70

Is that RAM tall? may restrict what cooler you can get. This is what i have - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-001-PT&groupid=701&catid=2330&subcat=2348 great cooler.

Yeah that's a shame. Not sure what cooler you can get now with clearence? and eyah what case?

There's also the Noctua NH-U14S (if you have a wide case) or NH-U12S (for a more standard case). Both are designed to clear the RAM slots for tall RAM.

Prolimatech megahalems isn't very wide and wont be close to touching your ram with 2 120mm fans. I have it in mini itx rig and no problems there.

Best for tall RAM is NH-U14S is you have enough CPU clearance for it to fit.

You can still use the phantek with tall ram if your case is wide enough, the clips allow you to slide the fan up the cooler to clear tall ram. (or you can use a 120mm fan on the ram side).

Depends on which Phanteks. TC14PE will fit over RAM up to about 47mm tall. Plenty of RAM is taller than 47mm.
Corsair Vengeance = 52.5mm
Corsair Dominator/Dominator GT = 54mm

In case you still haven't made your purchase, you can always consider Antec Kúhler H2O 620, in which case you won't need to worry about the ram.
