TNT was the only courier that didn't let me down once in 2015. UPS close second, but had two collections turn up 24 hours too late right before Xmas.
Had massive collection problems with DPD, I mean like 50% failure rate, at one point I even used their Halfords drop off point and they didn't collect the parcel for 3 days. It might be North Kent specific though, since some areas are operated by Interlink on behalf of DPD.
