Hi guys

I need to send my PC back to OCUK, But i've never sent such a large item before, im sending it in the Carbide Air 540 box that it came in, which would be the best courier to use for this? i'm not bothered about it being cheap, just want to make sure it gets there, i'm looking at Parceltogo etc etc but don't know which one to go for, could i not just take it to the post office?

cheers in advance

Interlink are really good. Same co as DPD pretty much. new customers get £5 off. good tracking etc. parcel hero can arrange it for you too. UPS are ok until something goes wrong and then they are useless.

I'd avoid whoever shipped those migrants from Hungary to Austria. They don't seem very good...

I really want to use DPD, but parcel hero and Parcel to go arnt giving them as an option, yes i realise i am being stupid here but can yuo book direct through the DPD website 'cos i can't figure it out, if you can

You won't be able to use DPD unless you have a business account AFAIK.

Thank you guys, i really appreciate the advice, i'm just waiting on the email from overclockers now with the details, taking ages to come, might need to ring them again

DPD give you a time as to when they will likely arrive as well as the name of the driver and the ability to track where they are in relation to your house.

That isn't much value when you are returning an item to a business that doesn't really care when it arrives.
