Best CPU cooler/Heatsink for <£25?

Some motherboards have two CPU_FAN headers to run a pair of fans.

You maybe able to find a splitter cable to run two fans of the one CPU_FAn header, to keep the PCM speed control.

Or just plug the other fan into a SYS_FAN header.

Depends if the heatpipes in the base are exposed, if it looks like this,

Then I would do a thin line of paste across the pipes.
