Best cpu for 4090 ?

Can drop below 60 in certain places like the toms diner mentioned above.
This was possibly right after a patch so without the AMD SMT fix which helps the 5800X3D (and 7800X3D) a bit. And frame generation also helps with CPU bottlenecks if you dont mind the latency penalty.

Of course 2160p is so demanding you could turn the settings right up and get 30fps if you are lucky and the CPU won't matter. I think my 4080 gets something like 13fps in the bench at path traced max settings native 3840x2160 :p
