2 against 1 we win :D Its good. what dont like about it, admittently the 2nd one is abit like one annoying trance track, didnt really like that, but the 1st has some quality house.
 
Nathan Fake - Drowning in a sea of love - WOW though takes a couple of listens
Aphex Twin - Richard D James & Selected Ambient Works 85 - 92
Boards of Canada - All though latest has really grown on me in recent months
Orbital - get increasingly worse after the green/yellow album
Most things on the warp label

are all my favs of the moment but i still vote homework as best album ever :D
 
Ferry's new album is pretty cool, Gabriel & Dresden's album has got one track i like, i was very disappointed with Above & Beyond's album, Oakenfold's album is utter tripe, i listened to Mauro Picotto's album dozen of times when it first came out and M.I.K.E. (aka Push) released an album this month which i love to pieces.

Compilation wise I really enjoyed listening to In Trance We Trust Volume 11 mixed by Phynn this year, i've already mentioned i love Cream Ibiza, wasn't that impressed by Tiesto's ISOS 5, ASOT 2006 was ok and all the other bits like Gatecrasher Classics, Godskitchen Anthems, Tried & Tested Euphoria i just find tedious. I dread to think how many copies i own of tiesto suburban train. Note to self, must listen to more compilations in second half of 06
 
The Above and Beyond album has 3 good songs, the rest pretty rubbish.
Ministry Clubbers Guide 2006 - crap, maybe 4/5 good song the rest poor filler tracks
Ministry Of Sound - Clubbers Guide Summer, looks more promising just glancing at the tracklist but doesn't look all that great either.
 
Loving the 2 conversations going on here. We have the floorfillers / clubland group and the Fabric / Squarepusher / Sash + Diggers group. Surprised by lack of arguing ;)

Don't you like Digger's Fabric? I think it's a cracking CD with some top tunes on it.

Hernan Cattaneo and his last two Renaissance comps are pretty good imo.

I like Diggers Fabric but its nowhere near as good as his earlier stuff. Transitions is pretty decent as well.
 
I love dance music and i have found that the best compilations are euphoria albums but the latest gods kitchen albums are brilliant :) . the only problem is my friend has them :(
