What is the best cable for a computer that supports the highest resolution etc?
I somewhere found that it is DVI I dual link but i can remember where i found it :/
Could someone please help me out

I'm not agreeing with you, I was merely answering the OP's question. You are still wrong.

HDMI 1.4 max resolution: 4096x2160
DVI-D max resolution: 3840x2400
DIsplayPort max resolution: 4096x2160
But it's not everything: you've got now Eyefinity, nVidia Surround etc: mix monitors and have your virtual resolution bigger.

Generally, question with no sense Highest resolution is something you probably will NOT use now (DVI), because DVI-D Dual Link provide 30FPS only. A bit "worse" DisplayPort allows you to have 4K in 60FPS. Everything depends on hardware you've got (graphic card & monitor), so cable question - as said - has no sense (until you reveal rest of hardware).

Because SCART was replaced by HDMI they stopped making devices that use it (properly) and so the best your going to get over SCART is RGB 576i although it could easily have theoretically carried much more inc 1080i.

Are you intending (as in actual plans, not just "futureproofing") to upgrade this to a larger monitor later?

If you're buying a 4k monitor/TV, see what connections the exact model has and use that. If not, it probably doesn't matter.

An LG D2343p is ok for now but im planning on maybe upgrading it to some sort of a 120hz or 144hz monitor from a brand like benq or asus but i dont know yet and im not planning on doing that at the moment as i just build my pc , i still need to get graphics card im thinking of getting the sapphire r9 280x toxic soon just when i get enough . So anyway whats the most reliable cable i can get ?
