Keepers are overrated. Just wear massively over-sized gloves with the adhesive spray on them, that's it.

Chris Woods was fighting out with David Seamen for England no1 and he picked up 42 England caps, so he must have been pretty good. Probably a bit past his prime when he moved to the PL from Rangers though

I always thought Woods was a bit overrated and it annoyed me he was keeping Seaman out of the England team at times. Pressman was better IMO but I suppose there was period in the early Prem days when he was good enough to be worthy of mention.

With my saints hat on I would go Niemi every time, we’ve had some great goal keepers but he was out of this world good for us.

Being more realistic for me it’s a toss up between Nigel Martyn and Pepe Reina slightly different eras but both incredible keepers who could have held there own in a title winning side.
