Best eSATA route?

Hi everyone. Need a new external drive, and am looking at esata, purely for the transfer speed. Will either get the Western Digital WDG1SU5000 MyBook Premium ES 500GB eSATA 3Gbps / USB 2.0 External Hard Drive or the Seagate FreeAgent Pro 500GB USB2.0/eSATA/Firewire External Hard Drive (ST305004FPC1E3-RK). What is the best way of connecting it to my rig? I've been looking at THIS. Any other sugestions welcome

The simplest way would be to get the like of the Icy Box IB-360AStUS enclosure and a bare drive (whichever make you prefer). The caddy comes with a PCI bracket that connects to an internal SATA port and routes it to the outside world for connection to the drive.

weve just bought a free agent, it sucks, it has a piddly little intagrated base that doubles as the power supply, so all the heat from the transformer rises through the casing to the drive, it doesnt sit on its side and looks like a street lamp! poooooo
