Best fan configuration in case?

I'm collecting the R2 case tomorrow, which comes with 2 x FD fans.
I have the H50; so the Corsair fan, and a spare Antec TriSpeed fan.

What would be the best set-up?

I was thinking:
Front: 2 x FD intaking
Top: Antec exhausting
Rear: Corsair exhausting (push on rad)

Another possibilty was getting 3 Akasa Apache's or 1 Apache and 2 FD fans, or just one Apache. What temp difference would i be looking at getting (so i know if it's worth buying or not)

Front: 2 x FD intaking
Top: Corsair/ (FD/Apache) exhausting
Rear: Apache exhausting (push on rad)
Side: Antec/ (FD/Apache) intake/exhaust(??)

Not sure if you can put a fan anywhere else in the R2.

Ive got the antec 300 and ive got front 2 as intake, top as exaust and rear exaust through H50 also got side as intake, PSU is at bottom so that also exausts. I get good temps and internal temps average 27oC as i now have an lcd temp monitor with temp sensor in middle of case to show internal temp.

Is side better as intake then?

Ive actually just realised. Ive got my 2 front fans as exaust and my side as intake and my H50 as intake with top as exaust. drawing cool air from the back and blowing it out through the front. They recommend that you have it that way with the H50.
