Do you mean a heatsink? If you just want fan then it depends whether you want silence or high performance. For high performance get a Delta. For silence get a Scythe SFlex, a Papst or Panaflo on a fan controller or a Noctua (120mm of all).
If you mean heatsink, then take your pick from the Thermalright Ultra 120, Zalman CNPS 9700, Scythe Ninja or Infinity, or the Tuniq Tower.
Edit: have you already bought that CPU? If not, then I'd reconsider your options - an Intel Core 2 Duo system would be much better value for money and would offer much better performance.
Agreed, for example, I just upgraded from a single core Athlon 64 3800 to an E6300 (which is roughly equivalent-ish) and even at stock I was seeing a 50% gain in my 3DMark CPU test scores.
After overclocking I'm seeing a 100% gain in my scores and that's despite the fact I bought the wrong mobo, I'm @ 2.4GHz because of it, but if I'd of got the 964P instead of the 945P by accident (*kicks self*) then I'd be looking at at least 2.8GHz, probably even 3.0GHz without breaking a sweat.
The short story is, if you're building a new system, it's C2D all the way, and this is coming from soneone who's always been a bit of an Athlon fanboy.
Cheaper, faster and cooler.
