do you mean the stock cooler on your 2500K?
it will depend on your budget and are you going to overclock it?

if not overclocking, i personally would leave it alone unless its too loud.
a good budget cooler is the Gelid Tranquilo

more of a budget and if overclocking a bit then the Venomous X is good

or the 2nd best air cooler available is the Silver arrow

there is one slightly better, but its more than £20 more, so not worth it imo.

for a graphics card, same thing. what is your budget?
also you will need a proper psu to run it, what have you got? as this will limit the graphics card you can get.

thanks for the input

psu is Super-Flower Amazon 80Plus 550W

might start overclocking so going to upgrade fan just incase will these fans fit in my case as im limited with this big fan?

With that psu don't be surprised when(NOT if) you hear a bang, get it changed before you do any overclocking or buy a new graphics card.

btw it's CPU cooler not fan ;)

A lot of people recommend the Gelid, but I personally have the Venomous X with 2 viper fans on it and it runs quiet and cool. So, I guess it comes down to personal preference :)
