V3x is a massive improvment on the V3 and V3i. Even store more than one number per contact now. :D
But as said a bit chunky.
 
I've just upgraded to the V3i and am very impressed with it myself, I don't know what people have against it.

I read a few reviews and a lot of the V3 bugs seem to have been sorted out and most people preferred it over the V3x, so one happy owner here. :)
