Best for me?

Hello, I'm currently with ADSL24, on an ADSL package.. I get around 4mb.

My area is not covered by cable, so any of those services are out the window, otherwise I'd have added sky broadband to my sky subscription.

I'm looking for a new ISP since my connection on ADSL24 is pretty dire these days, I'm on an IP profile of about 4mb (not sure exactly) but for some reason my downloads rarely hit 200kbs from any hosts at all. I use my connection for watching youtube vids, streaming movies, and downloading stuff. I don't play any games if that helps.

I'm currently paying £20 a month for 40gb a month. Ideally I'd like to join a company which doesn't have an activation fee, and won't be complete rubbish like ADSL24! I could live with 20gb a month rather than 40 also.

If anyone can suggest any good companies that would be splendid! (I've looked around quite a bit and used comparison sites etc but I'd rather go by peoples personal experiences if possible!)

TL;DR My ISP sucks and I want a new one for about 20 a month. (none cable area)

It says that virgin media is available in some areas? Type your postcode in on there site and see what it says :)

If your a domestic user try TitanADSL 100gb package £21 a month, might be worth a look especially if you cant get cable, although if you can go for cable.
 
Unless anyone has any other suggestions I think I'm going to give Titan a try!
