I agree, I think they suck chocolate salties, but he said he wanted cheap, and you get what you pay for

Wouldnt use them ever again after they screwed me on my european cover and cancelled my policy..

Most companies consider 'Max' no claims to be either 5 or 9 years depending on the company.

So even if he has 40 years NCB he'll be treated as if he has max - ie, 9 years..
