Best free photo gallery software (in php/mysql)

I need a simple, non bloated free photo gallery software, that I can easily customize the look of. Would prefer it if it didn't have to use a mysql database, but it does have o be in php

Anyone got any reccomendations?

Simplegal. I believe it's made by someone on these forums. His sample gallery on his website has a few errors on though but it hasn't been updated for quite some time.

The errors are with PHP5 and 2.0 is being worked on as we speak
