Lichee
Mango
Lemon
Lime
Pomegranate
and other stuff like that,
do you recomend any other nice juices?

Not really, fruit juice is just sugar in a glass with a few vitamins and minerals. Better off eating whole fruit (in moderation).

My current favorite is:

2/3 apples
Half a lemon
Quarter broccoli
Half carrot
Stick of celery
Maybe a couple small beetroot or strawberries

Not sure if it counts as a fruit juice mind xD

I'll ask my mum to make some for me,
also, I forgot to add cranberry to the list

Cherry, though unless you shell out you'll most likely be getting just the concentrate, but it's still very good - and has little effect on insulin fluctuation.

Lighter choices raspberry and cranberry juice. Wouldn't touch the full fat stuff. It's pretty much diabetes in a carton, literally with some of them you would be better of drinking full fat coke.

Thanks for the heads up, I won't buy carton juice again, lesson learnt
Also how do you get the most out of lemon and lime, it takes ages to take the juice out, any reccomended machines?

I usually try and drink concentrate, so it's not quite as much sugar. Apple and orange are the best though.

Mango is wrong.

Lol, I didn't mean to scare you, all you should do is just take note. I used to have a mate when I was back at uni that would drink at least 3 litres of fruit juice and was convinced it was good for him, I even tried to point out the nutritional info and he just fobbed it off saying they were 'natural sugars' lol.

A glass in the morning won't kill you, just keep a balanced diet and remember throughout the day you've probably had 20% of your sugar already, which is why I keep away from them, I don't want 20% of my sugar taken up by an average tasting drink, I'll just take a coffee lol.

Ok, thanks
Is this alright for breakfast
A bowl of Kellogs or Honey on toast or Egg
Juice, milk or etc

I guess. It's completely dependent on what you eat later on in the day though really. Most people are quite capable of eating a balanced diet without trying too hard. If you think you're not doing it right just look at the packaging. More or less all foodstuffs will tell you their nutritional content with daily %. Just add it up over a day and see how you're doing.
