Home made juice with nothing added is still full of sugar, natural or not. What you are taking out is more important than what can be added.
You've taken a big bulky fruit full of fibre and squeezed the sugar out of it - then you drink it. That is what they mean, they aren't talking about some nasty additive the supermarket puts in.
A small glass won't hurt and it's better than coke but it's not really that good for you.
Look at the number of oranges you need to juice to get that small glass, how long would it take you to eat that? How much more slowly is that sugar reaching your blood with having to chew up and process that fibre at the same time?
Now imagine how many oranges in a 1 litre carton you chug down in a minute?
