PC because practically all console games have some kind of aim assist due to analogue sticks basically being **** for aiming. I prefer an analogue stick for moving over wasd though.

Is the question which would be better if they were up against each other or who is more skillful a player?
If you had a cross platform FPS then the PC user would win hands down. Not only are you able to do pin point shots but you are also able to turn a full 360degrees with a sleight of the hand. So having pin point accuracy and lightning reflexes gives the PC user an advantage.
