Borderlands (all of them, though the presequel isn't as good as the rest)
Grim Dawn - Good chunk of game, and that's not even including the expansions which add more. Laughs at Diablo 3 ~£9 for an extra class.
Factorio - lose yourself making a factory. Complicate complicated things by adding mods
Satisfactory - If you like the idea of Factorio, but want, IMO, an easier ride.
Stardew Valley - build-a-farm, raid some caves.
I'll throw in Deep Rock Galactic and Vermintide 2. Both good games and they offer replayability, there isn't much to them.
