Whats the best headset for gaming / skype for up to £70?

Razer Carcharias, would be my pick of headset around the £70 mark. Just a smidge over.
Corsair 1300, would probably be my second choice.
I was going to suggest Sennheiser PC330's, but they clamp quite hard apparently, and can be very uncomfortable after only a short time. They may sound better, but I'd be willing to sacrifice some of that sound quality, in order not to have my ears bled dry.

Do they fit around your ear mate, cancelling some of the background noise out?
I don't own them, hence "they would be my pick", comment. 
I'd doubt they'd cancel out noise, but they are regarded as one of the better headsets, among regular headphone users.
If you are looking to block outside noise, something else might be more appropriate. I don't know what though.
