Best GPS for Europe Trip

Hi guys, my boss is doing an European tour in his car and inquired to me about what would be the best hardware/software, either standalone or to connect to his laptop. Any suggestions? TIA.

My dad has TomTom One Europe, do not get the UK version as the maps are poop but my dads europe edition seems to be doing good
