Best graphics card on or around £100??

This could be an option if the PSU quality is bad. It's the cheapest 750 TI I could find, and it's under £100 (no adaptors required). Don't have experience with the brand though.

It would be great to know what the OP's other computer specs are.

If your PSU can handle a 7950, then a 2nd hand one of those would be my reconmendation.

If you want new then a new 270 would be the way to go (though used 7850/7870s are soooo much cheaper...)

Second hand! Spend a little more than £100 though. I had a water leak on one of my 7950s and turned out I could buy a 7990 for the same price I paid for the 7950 new. Just keep an eye on return policy. You don't want a going wrong card, the first few days will be fine then kaput!
