Best graphics card that doesn't require additional power

As above really if you would please chaps.

I have a spare computer that I want to use for LANs. It's a smaller form factor with a proprietary PSU that doesn't have additional GFX connectors.

So I need a graphics card that requires no external power connector, that is PCIe and is preferably low form factor, although this is not essential.

Output wise, i'd like it to play HL2/L4D at the minimum.

Low profile would be the 5570, possibly a Sparkle/Galaxy LP GT240 but it's a cut down version of a full size 240 and I've not seen any benchmarks vs the 5570,

If you can wait 2 weeks then Nvidia should be launching cards based on the GF104/106/108 at Computex.
