Best Hard Drive?

My current hard drive is starting to sound a bit tired, clicking constantly etc. going to replace it.

It does not need to be huge as this is just a C drive for windows to sit on )300-500gb is fine)

I'm going for peformance here and data back up isnt an issue

Can anyone recommend the best/fastest drive for this?

Just speed tested my drive, got a minimum of 14 mb/s and a max of 63 mb/s. definately time for an upgrade, im thinking two of the seagates in raid 0 should be a noticeable improvement?

Yes it should. I just got 2 1TB samsung F1s (bit older than the F3s) in RAID0 and I'm getting around 170 mb/s average read, which isn't bad with an onboard RAID controller. I'd expect you'd see similar.

Hoping for a better improvement over that as those are single platter drives, should not btw those results are just from a read test
