What kind of pings do you get to game servers?
I've got low as 2ms on WoW..usually hangs around 3-5

The ask4 site lists Kerria House in Manchester as being enabled, a quick google search shows in on Hathersage Road by MRI.
No matter how many speed tests you have to suggest those speeds, they are still impossible
