xbox 360pad + xbcd drivers. best pad, end of.

No doubt, one of the best pads out there, very comfy, but it would'nt work with pro evo,so it had to go :( I was so disappointed

I use a Saitek 2500 pad, which I have had for a few years, really comfy and works nicely.

Been meaning to look into a USB adapter for a PSX controller so I can play two player SWOS!!!

What for a pc
Yup, works fine on pc. It will auto download drivers from the microsoft update page. Or you can use the XBCD drivers.

Have MS updated the drivers yet to allow adjustment of the deadzone?
Unless you like your joypad pulling left all the time
You won't notice it in anything other than Racing games. And any decent racing games have built in configs for the deadzones. It only effects Need for Speed in my experience.
Of course if that is a problem use the XBCD drivers as afaik they have deadzone config options.

Odd, it works fine for me....

360 pad isn't too good for older games in my opinion. The Saturn usb pad is what you want really, works a treat and is incredibly comfortable to use.

Not had a single problem with my xbox360 pad, using the xbcd driver and NOT the microsoft driver. Works fine with any game, has deadzone adjustment and is far and away the most ergonomically refined pad ever released. And I used to love the PS2 pad, but this is so much better.

LOL, the shoulder buttons are aweful on the 360 they are triggers, nothing more nothing less, the Wavebird has far more ergonomic shoulders, and xyz and even start button IMO, I use both regularly.
