Best language to learn

im thinking about learning to speak in another tongue, what would be the best language to learn and benefit me the most i was thinking italian or spanish?

Entirely depends on whether your going to be needing the language? No good learning Spanish if your gonna be spending your holidays in Germany for example

yes but certain languages can benefit you regardless of wheather you visit the country etc

if hes likely to move to columbia and become a cocaine mule then spanish would be good...

, this isnt why i chose spanish, i chose it based what i already had in my mind and i never got chance to in school and i think it will come in useful later in life
