Best LED spots for a kitchen?

Can anyone recommend what the best LED spot lights would be for a kitchen? Its for a kitchen diner and was thinking of using spots over the kitchen side and then fitting a light fitting for the dining room side.

Can anyone recommend any good LED spot lights?

How do you work out how many you might need?

Do you mean the fitting or the lamps? Or both?

I've heard great things about the Aurora brand. Check them out. Suggest going for the GU10 fittings.

LEDHUT are expensive for the bulbs now. I use the LAP bulbs from screwfix, nice bright warm light, 5 bulbs for £20.
