Best looking game out to play now?

What games are amazing to look at? Say the wow factor like when Oblivion came out. I just want something pretty to look out, gameplay like elder scrolls IV. I mean Crysis 2 and Metro look the dogs bits, but sometimes I just cba with an FPS.

I gave my Dirt3 away the other day on here. I got Wicther 2. I can't get into it though, theres just something about it that doesn't sucker me into the game sadly.

I got this the other day and I have been playing it on ultra settings 1080p and I have to say that I wasn't that impressed by the gfx.

+ 1 for The Witcher 2 that is a beast of a game to run on ultra I had to turn off ubersampling to get playable frames (45 minimum for me).

Also, Battlefield 3 (technically not out to play now but the BETA has been and gone and it's only 10 days until release). The BETA didn't have all the GFX options enabled but the retail will have the Ultra textures, I think that will look awesome.

And of course; the Crysis games.

I nearly bought this in the recent steam day sale but didn't....can you give me a couple of lines why it's so great. Is it a game everyone should own (a bit like half life) or is it just good fun?

Graphics, atmosphere and storyline. It starts okay, but when you meet Bourbon, you soon realise how good this game is.

I've thoroughly enjoyed Two Worlds 2 and recently the Pirates follow up. Great in DX10.

Definitely not a game everyone should own, it depends a bit on what you want out of games. The main plus point is the atmosphere it creates; if you like atmospheric games then get it, if you want something a bit more casual with a wide range of baddies and big open battles then give it a miss.
