Been running asrock Z68 Extreme4 gen3 with i5 k @ 4.8 on auto overclock
for a few weeks now and stable as anything.
I have this memory.

And wondered if I can squeeze a bit more out of this also....
if I load the XMP profile will that make it run at its best?
