Best memory to run with 3570k setup

Hey guys I'm looking to get rid of my xms3 ram and grab 16gb of something new the ones I got are mismatched anyway from what I remember. Just curious to what ones o should be looking at to run best with my setup?

Any of those I think will do nicely, the Z77 chipset and CPU memory controller aint particularly good for fast RAM so you may have to run a faster than say 1600/1833 kit at those lower speeds.
