MSI B450 Tomahawk is generally liked on the interweb, reviewers seem to like it, something about the Vrms I think being quite capable of good overclocking. I'll be using one in a build I'm hoping tomorrow so I can post back here if you like.

I do not have experience of the AMD Tomahawk but the MSI Z370 equivalent are good.

I've just put together a 2600/MSI B450 tomahawk/team group Vulcan 3000mhz pc yesterday and got the cpu up to 42.5ghz with no voltage adjustment. The pc hard locked at 4.3ghz, but that might be possible with a Vcore increase to about 1.430 ish.
This was/is a very down and dirty overclock just messing with multipliers and a quick spin in cinebench, so I don't know what the long term stability is (but its looking good)
