Best MP3 tagging software

I've never had to tag my mp3s before as i've always used mp3 players/software that allow you to browse and search by folder but now i've got myself an internet radio which can stream music from the pc but relies on tags. I've just realised how messed up the tags of my mp3s are and need to remedy this.

I know this question has been asked before but times change, so what is the software of choice at the present moment?

I like tagscanner because it's portable and easy to use, I didn't read any documentation.

Ta. I'll give that a try sometime. mp3tag seems to be able to do everything i need with ease at the moment but a portable solution may come in useful.

I found Tag & Rename does the job well for me

Each program can be a bit fiddly at first, T&R just seems very logical
