Whats the best Net monitoring tool available, preferably something thats easy to use. I want something that shows whats going in and out of my PC and shows the bandwidth usage etc.

I really like netlimiter, you can throttle certain apps or connections but it will show you bandwidth usage aswell

The last time I downloaded that after a few weeks AVG said it was a virus and quarantined it, so I'm pretty unsure about freeware stuff at the moment. Mind you it could have been AVG playing silly beggers.

It could just be the way it monitors is "virus like".
A lot of things virus scanners do would be reported by other scanners as virus's hence you should only have one on your system at any one time.

I have used DU meter for years without issue. Runs under Vista x64 as well.
