well am loving my nc10 more and more

it plays 720p mkv files

even my mates eeepc (i forget the model) struggles with the same file

the new eeepc uses the newer 1.66ghz one, and the new stuff up for release later this year will have new graphics chipsets, plus some use via cpus and chipsets

just about to plonk for a 4213, and then the 2gb memory from OCUK.
quick question, will microsoft office (mainly word) run ok on these netbooks?

Office runs fine on netbooks as long as you have the installation sorted. Occasionally you get a screen res warning, nothing to worry over tho.

Bloody muppets. This is exactly why customer service is important. Too bad OCUK didnt sell or would have bought it outright, they are sending out my memory and a flash disk tomm no questions asked.

The idiots in the "other shop which rhymes with ink" totally messed up my order. Wont be getting it tomm. So cancelled, since wont be home other days. Thing is, I can just rock up to the purple place and buy one there pronto. Why do these places have these "Extra security", which becomes "extra headaches". Not only did i keep phoning them up to ensure this didnt happen, they kept on falsely reassuring me it would be delivered tomm.

Grrrrrrr..... muupppppeeeetttttssssss..... should have just bought the damn thing today...
