So which is your favourite noisemaker?

I have a 2 hour video of just Group B cars driving somewhere, I know there is footage of the 959 in there, and maybe some of the others I've missed, I might upload some footage myself later.

Edit: Nearly forgot, I'm stuck between the S4 and the S1.

theres no question about it, the audi quattro s1 without a doubt.
theres nothing on earth that comes close to the wail that it makes at full pelt.
the 5pot has such a wonderful and unique noise to it.

I'm a Ford man so want to say the RS200, but in honesty its gotta be the Audi for me, incredible noise.

that noise is the supercharger.

The 037 has the same engine, minus the turbocharger, and it doesn't scream as loud? I'm fairly sure most of that noise is the turbo.

The Audi sounds incredible, but the 6R4 has to be the winner for me. 4 pot engines have very boring exhaust notes in comparison.

I'm talking about the whooshing the supercharger is nice but all that releasing from the wastegate is just brilliant.

Crap video but the quattro sounds the best by far.

There was a great video of the S1 in a muddy field doing a circuit marked with cones... the sound in that video was immense, wish I could find it again!
