Best OS X FTP Server?

How do

Just after some recommendations for some FTP server software? I know that its kinda built into OS X however it seems to work by creating entire, fully fledged users within Snow Leopard whereas that is definitely not what I want, I need around 20 different accounts and certainly dont want to make that many OS X user accounts...

Is there any great software that will run the server, have an access list where I can make users and also have the ability to dictate a share folder?

I think you can do this with Pure-FTPD although I haven't tried it. You'll want virtual users to prevent having to create full OS users.
