Best Overclock for this system

I am currently in the process in buying the following system:

HIS HD 7950 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Intel Core i7-2700K 3.50GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - OEM
Corsair Force Series 3 180GB SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Drive
Asus P8Z68-V GEN3 Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
OcUK Rage GT 800W PSU 80+ Dual Rail "80 Plus" Efficient Power Supply
Corsair Hydro H80 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
LG CH10LS28 BD-ROM 10x BluRay ROM / DVDRW SATA-II Optical Drive - Black
Sharkoon T9 Gaming Tower Case - Black/Red

I just wanted to know what would be the best over clock that I may be able to achieve? I have noticed there are full systems that can be purchased with similar hardware that run around 4.60ghz and I would like to have my system run around that speed.
Can anyone give me any tips on how to do this?

You just up the voltage a little bit then set the multipier to 46, you should be able to get 4.8Ghz though.
