HDR - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_dynamic_range_imaging

Its basically at least 3 photos of the same car in the same position, you can do this with the exposure settings on the cam, or just do it yourself with the RAW file, then combine then and make a cool shot like those.

Only works with some colour cars, doesn't look right on mine...
