Yes it appears to by hybrid and there's currently no way for me to get FTTC at this time which is a shame.

You don’t want FTTC really, you want FTTP.

did you know that many stock exchanges and traders don't use fibre unless they are forced to? It's too slow. They use radio and dishes instead because the signals travel much faster in the air than in fibres.

A microwave signal without thinking of anything else is only ~1.6 millionths of a second faster per km.

But line of sight is a shorter distance and you will notice that it's not having to hop nearly as many times and you can have more control over the connection unlike cables buried across a city.

But it's also specialised and not the internet, if you want to do general stuff it's back to sending data over someone elses cables again.
